In 1990 I trained in and BEgan practicing 'Transcendental Meditation', with the realization that true inner peace and understanding can only be created with a balance between mind body & Soul. As my spiritual awakening BEgan accelerating, in 2011 I intuitively embraced a more inspiring & holistically aware lifestyle, creating light, space and freedom from within...

I was also divinely guided to deepen my ~Harmony with Self ~Unity with Others ~Spiritual Awakening, Growth & Expansion ~Inner Child Healing and to ~Authentically Connect with my True Soul Essence. I BEgan exploring & studying spiritual-based philosophies, techniques & practices, focusing on ~~~'TRANSFORMING FROM THE INSIDE OUT'~~~ Within Mind, Body & SOUL...

My incredible spiritual journey took place in parallel with a successful corporate career, spanning more than 25 years of living, working and volunteering in the UK, Europe, South America and North America. In 2010 my spiritual awakening truly BEgan... In 2014 I had an incredibly accurate experiential psychic reading in Sedona, Arizona and then in 2019 I had a life-changing reading with a renowned international spiritual medium while visiting Scotland and in the first message I received, it confirmed my intuitively guided knowing that my True Soul Purpose & Powerful Mission, which I chose to accept... is to serve as an Empathic~Intuitive~Light Warrior on an awakened & creative path for the highest good of all, here in my 'Heaven On Earth...

Together, with this confirmation, and a lifetime of innumerable personal and intense transformative experiences of life, love & loss, while growing, BEcoming stronger, and shining brighter through the dark times, I am now honoring this spiritual path, lovingly, passionately and joyfully, while Mentoring, supporting and Guiding those of you who are ready to BEgin or continue your own unique transformational journey...🤍
